No Born This Way or The Edge of Glory? And Judas, a song that peaked at #10 and stayed on the charts for only eight weeks over those two? :saladga::saladga::saladga::saladga:

Not many songs can do that...

And tbh, the production of Judas was better than any single from BTW imo, maybe TEOG would've been best to submit, but Judas has a great production.

I heard at the time TEOG and BTW were stupidly not submitted. :nails:

Surprised that TEOG wasn't submitted, but with Born This Way, I think that they didn't have high hopes because of the Madonna comparisons

I will never forgive them for not submitting her best song, The Edge of Glory :nooo:

The climate back then was really weird, people were getting sick of her. She was overexposed and I think she only had 1 nomination, and didn't expect to win over Adele.

The ultimate snubfest. Gaga might have been overrated at the time but Grammys knew she could’ve easily took home 4-5 Grammys.

SHE COULD’VE BEEN AN 10x WINNER!

IMAGINNNNEEEE A WORLD LIKE THAT :madge:

What a cold time to be a Gaga fan, 2012-2014 was. With super highs (2008-2011) comes super lows. (2012-2014) and I don’t mean the quality of her work. I mean the public’s perception of her and the cold, COLD attitude that nearly all parties excluding stans wanted nothing to do with her. The **** the media did to Gaga then would never pass these days and it’s sad that she had to deal with it. But she sure did turn all that pain into something beautiful... Joanne was a pretty cathartic album. A Star Is Born continued that catharsis. On topic, I’m really unsure of what her team was going for there by not including TEOG and BTW in major categories. Even Gaga’s demeanor that night was defeated. She wore a ****in funeral veil for christ’s sakes.

The GP will definitely have a good perception of LG6. C2C, Joanne, and ASIB have done wonders for her career. LG6 will definitely get praise. Something tells me that we will get a #1 single off of LG6, and something else is telling me that I am not being very delusional this time.
