A complete joke. The thing is Dems and Repubs actually agreed on 3 different versions of the budget bill but Trump won’t sign those. He wants the border wall funding. I guess at this point when Democrats take control of the House on January 3 they will vote for one of those again, pass it in both chambers and make it veto-proof.
