They had to re-invent themselves as a resort destination. I forgot about Atlantic City. I haven’t seen Boardwalk Empire yet but apparently it’s about the heydey of Atlantic City in the 30s. I’m surprised Vegas didn’t kill off Atlantic City tbh. Although American does appear to be big enough for both Disney Land in Californi and Disney World in Florida.
