That movie is teen romantic comedy for god’s sake not some oscar worthy movie for it to be amazing or groundbreaking. It is cute and I’m excited for the sequel. Y’all should have more fun honestly and not act like critics every time something comes out. Literally every thread on GGD where something new is announced, y’all complain. Just have more fun people. Not everything is that serious. I understand where you’re coming from. It does seem like a lot of things mentioned on GGD get hit with critiques. Don’t get me wrong, I liked the movie when I saw it. It was cute. However; it was a run away hit that Netflix thinks lightning will strike twice. Instead of creating a sequel just for the profit and views, create another movie. Movie is based on book that has sequel and it was supposed to have sequel ever since it was created I believe.. My point is that is just another teen movie that is supposed to be just that and not something extra amazing.
