The rule is now enforced with now no adult content on Tumblr, with users resorting to Twitter or blogs. Community Guidelines: Adult Content: Don't upload images, videos, or GIFs that show real-life human genitals or female-presenting nipples — this includes content that is so photorealistic that it could be mistaken for featuring real-life humans (nice try, though). Certain types of artistic, educational, newsworthy, or political content featuring nudity are fine. Don’t upload any content, including images, videos, GIFs, or illustrations, that depicts sex acts. For more information about what this guideline prohibits and how to appeal decisions about adult content, check out our help desk. Thoughts? I understand some of the reasoning, but Tumblr users have literally been working without the help of the Tumblr staff to banish illegal activity on the website. And if this **** issue was really so important then why not act upon it immediately and not wait a few weeks to enforce the rule. That just seemed so odd to me. Artists often promoted their regular art through their p0rn art. 4. Some people who made their own p0rn only used Tumblr. Why that is, I can only guess. 5. Tumblr p0rn stars and p0rn blogs often linked to one another. Like an ant maze. If you need lots of p0rn, you're gonna find it. 6. Having p0rnhub coming up I your address bar is obvious.
