Maybe I'm in the minority, but I've never heard of her. (I'm in the US.) There seems to be some resemblance, but I think the music video comparison is a bit of a reach. If the only way to make your artist popular (her team that is promoting her) is to compare her to another popular artist, then what is that saying about the artist? Why can't she stand on her own talent? 

In comparison to Lady Gaga, does she write her own songs? Play instruments for her songs? This is no comparison. It reminds me of people comparing Lady Gaga to Madonna, especially in the early years.  And I think Gaga put it best herself...

Gaga had some catchy songs with her debut and this one is meh  

At this point I can hardly find anything to be unique  it’s more like Ava's own take on that concept but I don’t find it that interesting. I want to hear her next release tho.
