Justin Bieber is considered the next Justin Timberlake by some, people claim Bruno or The Weeknd could be the next Michael Jackson etc. I'm only speaking on my experience, That's why I say generally, because i know it does happen for both. But you can't say it doesn't happen a hell of a lot more for women
jujubaruda 1,292
She's better than Halsey at least. Waiting for the debut.
SharkmanthaC 114,674
Maybe I'm in the minority, but I've never heard of her. (I'm in the US.) There seems to be some resemblance, but I think the music video comparison is a bit of a reach. If the only way to make your artist popular (her team that is promoting her) is to compare her to another popular artist, then what is that saying about the artist? Why can't she stand on her own talent? In comparison to Lady Gaga, does she write her own songs? Play instruments for her songs? This is no comparison. It reminds me of people comparing Lady Gaga to Madonna, especially in the early years. And I think Gaga put it best herself... she/her/hers

Just like there will never be a new Britney, Madonna or Beyoncé. Gaga is the final ‘Superstar’ of that size and debut impact. People these days are ‘fans’ of the new generation artists, not stans. Gaga definitely will not be the “final”, there will be another in time.

Sweet but psycho is a catchy bop and she has a lot of potential so let’s take this as a win for pop music Ugh this. Don't be the bitter old fanbase, like some others (that we felt on our skin ). Y'all keep whining that there are no new female pop acts, and once someone appears, suddenly "she's basic, she's not an artist" blah blah. I mean okay, how much artistry did people see in Gaga when she was singing "just dance dada doo doom"? Give her some time The new this that comparisons will always be around, so the less mind you pay them, the quicker they go.

Similar facial features, same face shape, they’re both small You all should be grateful that Gaga inspires new artists And the way she talks But hey, Gaga is at a point where new upcoming artists look up to her and that is an achievement by itself

LUO YI 6,089
Gaga had some catchy songs with her debut and this one is meh At this point I can hardly find anything to be unique it’s more like Ava's own take on that concept but I don’t find it that interesting. I want to hear her next release tho. The night sky tells all
