Also, this shows a lot about both their personalities. The sentences are opposites of each other, while Madonna cares more about the one person who doesn't like her, Gaga is grateful for a single person in a whole crowd. Maybe a reach, but also true. I'd like to say 'yas gawd gags queen of kindness etc.' but if I want to be truthful, I find myself relating to what Madonna said most of the time. I think she does care about the people who like her. But sometimes it can be good to listen to the people who don't like you. Gaga can be grateful for the 1 person who believed in her for her acting and also be hurt by that only 1 person who didn't like her song. Acting wise, she needed just one good one. Music wise she's already a superstar. Remember her crying feeling like a loser before the crowd of thousands at the Madison Square Garden at her actual peak?
