I know she's a pro, but everyone need rehearsals. Plus, if she knew she had those Dive bar shows planned, why didn't she start to rehearse earlier? The poster is a clear indication of her musical direction and aesthetics of the residency, and she also planned a jazz + piano show for it, which I think is evidence of her knowing exactly what she wants to do. She even went into detail in saying it will feature songs from the Great American Songbook and her own hits. If you guys remember, she said that she already knew what she wanted to do for the Joanne World Tour during Coachella, and let's not forget she was also shooting A Star Is Born at that time. She had to rehearse for Coachella, and make sure that the set would not be too similar to the Joanne World Tour. Besides, I remember when the Joanne World Tour first started, people were calling it her best tour. I don't think the flying platforms were something you could come up with in 10 minutes. Richard dances to random songs all the time, that doesn't mean they will be included in the setlist. But I think Shallow and I'll Never Love Again are safe.
