Well you are not wrong. Heal Me would be better choice but WDYDT is catchy and has an amazing beat and vibe. It is also easier to digest among the "young" GP aka 15-29 year olds, than a love ballad.

Also the pop songs still play a major role on the film's story so releasing an pop song would actually present the film possibly better than another ballad (aka the film is not only sad love ballads but rather contains different genres of music etc).

LoveGame isn't as repetitive and it is better tbh..
