Opponents latest legal challange was that an approval was given on an alternate route to what the previous court dispute was on and that the court only had the power to say yes or no but not change the route Because the previous court changed the route, it now has to go through an environmental review yet again before construction in the area can proceed Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tho I do understand this ruling in a way because the court did change the route a little and so a new environmental review makes sense But it's the fact that they don't stop looking for every little loophole to throw these projects in court Like this new review wouldn't be needed if it wasn't originally thrown in court to begin with for the original route that already had a review and passed the test Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
