The following are the possible powers you as a Council have (NOTE: You may only use your powers 3 times in the entire game - not including the Finale): ~ Force the publication of specific placements for songs in the Round ~ They can see what each suitcase contains prior to the Suitcase Ceremony ~ They can give immunity to one song in a following round. Â Collective Decisions in regards to whether or not you'd like to use one of your powers for a Round must be stated prior to the Suitcase Ceremony concluding for the round. Â NOTE: If the Council does not make a formal decision by the end of the Suitcase Ceremony in a round, their ability to use their power during said Round is taken away till next Round.
