All I will say is that, when you're faced with a situation like that, your gut just like eats itself and you know you can't control it so you can't cry, you can't get mad after a certain point and you just......exist. Can't joke about that.

Heart going out to California tonight. Unfortunately not having a good feeling about Gaga's house, I was lurking twitter and the houses to the east of hers (like maybe 2 mins driving distance) are gone. Hoping for the best and will be donating to help those people out when I have an idea of what is needed

It’s not about the valuables or material assets. Once you get the humans and animals out, there are so many sentimental and priceless objects you have to leave behind.

Favorite clothes, gifts, notes and letters from family, close friends and fans, household items collected from all over the world, sentimental little things all over your house and in your belongings that you can never replace. 

Losing everything in a fire is devastating and heartbreaking.
