I'm a liberal but Jim Acosta is annoying.

CNN should really replace him. When asking questions, your goal shouldn't be to provoke. And the way he would hold onto that mic when the female assistant is trying to take it is rude.

This kind of **** helps Trump, since people will think the media is against him.

Wow. It's the free press. :icega:

Trump is trash, but Jim Acosta lives for the attention, it's pathetic.
As the contemporary philosopher Charlie Puth says:

"you just want attention, I knew from the start..." :vegas:

Trump is right

If you ever find yourself saying this, it's time to seriously re-examine your life.

Trump is a career criminal, who has so far avoided prison only by bribing the people who should be prosecuting him. The media is nowhere near as hard on him as he deserves.

We're 2 years later and I'm still baffled at what a truly despicable person this so called president is.

Thank God for journalists standing up for free speech

More people need to stand up to this lying, evil tyrant. Expose him with undeniable facts.

Trump is right... a lot of fake news are picked up by CNN, another thing he is saying is that people should come here legally which I don’t see anything wrong with, when it comes to the caravan it is an invasion because the way their doing their way to the USA has shown how violent they can be.  My mom is Mexican and she brought us all here legally, yeah it was hard but it is also possible. The fact that he is a “pussigrabber” has nothing to do with this particular topic :duck:

:edit

Mexico already offered asylum with benefit and work permits to them and they didn’t stay? Why? Why do they have to risk coming all the way ?

Read for yourselves

http://time.com/5436923/migrant-caravan-continues-us-mexico/

but then again this is a difficult topic to touch sometimes

How brainwashed does one have to be, to think of this caravan as an invasion?! It is perfectly legal for caravan members to seek asylum in the US. They haven't done anything illegal and are thousand miles away from the border. One has to be really stupid not to see why it was a news story now. Trump screaming about it now will probably be the last time, you will hear about it. It's a NON-ISSUE, that is manifactured as news to get people to vote and now that it has served it's purpose...

He didn't lose it imo, he actually stayed remarkably composed and gave thought out answers anyway when he realized it wasn't gonna stop.

Ok, there's the terrible person remark but tbh, who doesn't think Jim is annoying af? :koons:

I think the bar is so low this is “remarkably composed” for Trump :air:

He did answer his questions though. All of them. For example, he clarified that he did not intend to pit Americans against each other by linking Democratic rule to violence and clarified his actual beliefs (not defending it, but that is still an argumented response and not "losing it"), he also clarified that he was not advocating white nationalism and explained why in a short but clear answer after dismissing the question as racist.

I'm not a fan of Trump by any means but I was actually surprised how he kept his cool after reading the title. Trump losing it calls other pictures to my mind, personally. That was the only reason for my response.

I'm just a little tired of people pointing out the obvious. Trump's transparency is fun and entertaining but it's also transparent and fundamentally uninteresting for the very same reason. Where were all of you when Obama broke his promise to protect whistleblowers, quitely prosecuting more people with the Espionage Act than any other president has done, ever?

Sorry, you're not getting a cookie for staring at the "Look at me, look at me, look at me!" guy. That's just too easy.

Plenty of left wing voters and politicians criticized Obama's actions such as this, drone strikes, not keeping certain campaign promises, deporting more immigrants than other presidents, etc. But he was a professional and the media lives on sensationalism and pageantry. Disagreements with him were just that - disagreements. Things to debate and hopefully get him to change his mind on (which he didn't...but still :selena:). The media had more "exciting" things to put on the metaphorical front page which is my biggest criticism of American media.

Meanwhile, you have this unhinged egomaniac here that's been threatening/threatened by the press since before his "political career". For a guy that's saying he can repeal the 14th amendment with an executive order (he can't, but I can see him trying something), it's extremely unnerving to see him nearly every day call the free press an "enemy of the people". His whole war on the media is straight out of "How to be a Dictator for Dummies". It's chapter 1 :madge:

So while Jim may have been a bit unruly here, it's about damn time it happened. Don't let them take the mic, don't let him make you sit down. Hold his ass accountable, call out his lies to his face so the nation can see him come undone, and never stop reporting the REAL news.

If you seriously think that's what "liberal media" does, then I just advise you to look at how different "the news" looks like when comparing corporate, mainstream to independent journalism. Media Lens is a good place to start.
