I don't know why any of these are on this if Shallow isn't.

Woman Like Me was released after Shallow, Hold My Girl was released a while ago but the video only came out recently and the song hasn't yet reach top 40, Pray For Me has been out longer than All The Stars, Baby & Close To Me were released last week, Love Made Me Do It hasn't even been released yet, and the rest didn't reach top 40. I'm not trying to hate on the songs, I am a fan of Ellie, Sigrid & Marina in particular but if these songs are gonna be on there, Shallow should be and should have been the opener or closer because it would have suited either.
