The debut of most legendary artists seems unreachable but the key was that indeed they were New.

The value of shocking makes an Artist present troughout the years and that doesn't mean that they have to do the same thing as the beginning

With that in mind, we shouldn't expect a rehash. She has proven to have many many talents, so she can expand her possibilities

She stated that she makes her music based on her current state. So I believe its up to her most of what she will release on the future.

Even with the complete change on the industry, when an artist dares to defy the standards and pushes the limits of their power it hardly can go unrecognized :queenga:

Her peak being in her debut years cemented her status early on.A re-peak like that isn’t necessary for her anymore. She is a household name wich stands for quality. She’s almost as big as Beyoncé, only difference career wise is that Beyoncè needed Destiny’s child to build the performer she is now.

So no, Gaga won’t re-peak like that again. But she will peak in other areas.

it's never gonna be the same as when an artist first breaks out.. but i'd say she has more global dominance than ever before.

No, but as long as she keeps people excited, she'll succeed. I think we're past the point of shock value, which was a big factor. Gaga filled a creative void in pop and now everyone has jumped on the wagon. She still has the potential to make magical moments though, in ways that no one else can. That's because she's actually an artist.

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

I think the idea that a career peak HAS to mean #1 on radio, winning awards at the VMAs, and so on is an out-dated and unproductive idea. Look at the state of Gaga's career RIGHT NOW. She is everywhere. If Gaga were ever to re-peak, it would be right now with this movie. As a fanbase, we really need to move past the idea that success is only being on MTV awards shows. Let the little girls do that stuff while Gaga's out here doing REAL work and having REAL success.

Make it stupid!

we're in another career peak right now

she's never been talked about THIS much in such a short time- I guess some people consider hearing her constantly on the radio/ snatching 7 awards or whatever in a single night as "bigger" but she's more relevant now than she's ever been

She definitely is capable of, but she won't. Not in the same way she did, because she is different now.

and that's what bother so many of us lol :koons:

Y'all are asking for too much. :saladga: She's repeaked. Idk where any of you live, but EVERYONE has seen this movie, the song has been in the Top 10 of iTunes for over a month. This is the closest she's ever been to TFM success; the most talked about female singer right now. Need she break out some meat again?? :laughga:

. And now a days she's playing it too safe in that aspect.

she is re shaping pop music right now. How is ASIB soundtrack playing it safe. She's took the risk of recording a whole album with a completely unproven music artist in Bradley Cooper. She is giving us real music with meaning in a world full of meaningless pop, the easy thing for her to do would be to try and recreate her past pop hits like applause and just dance but this risk has paid off massively.

well shallow is on the radio all the time here and its been #1 for 2 weeks in the UK which is the first time since Telephone and she is on course for a 3rd week at #1. Shallow is a top 5 hit in US and is smashing ww i agree this is like another re peak.
