Of course Gaga has amazing album covers... Spoiler (Her best one) but there's a lot of other (not as well known) artists which have amazing covers too. I think my favourite is Paloma Faith, she's pretty popular here in the UK but im not sure in other countries Her album covers are just stunning, very theatrical too.
