I was in Venice two months ago and it looks nigh unrecognizable, it's terribly sad, and knowing people are being hurt or their homes are businesses are being damaged hurts too. By the end of the century the whole city will probably be under water and we won’t be able to reverse it. Sad that we’ll lose such an artistically valuable city so soon.
