UK's and Australia's Spotify's have Shallow on their Top 5 and ARUTW on their Top 50 (and many other songs on the Top 200). In the USA's Spotify, Shallow is on the Top 40 and ARUTW on the Top 100. I don't think releasing ARUTW as a single would help if it's already free falling while on the rest of the world is rising organically. The case of ARUTW don't make sense especially taking into account that in the USA is where is selling the best and that the first big market where it entered on the Top 50 was on USA's Spotify.
