She needs to quit even enticing the idea of it and start throwing her support (the little firepower she has left) towards a candidate like Kamala Harris. #ClintonsStillBeingSelfish

I swear to God, if she doesn't let someone else ****ing run, I'm gonna be livid.

That being said, I don't think she's going to run, I think this is a ploy to get the republicans to keep attacking her & leave potential candidates from the spotlight until the campaigns start to really ramp up.

Clinton, we have bigger issues to deal with than making your dream come true. We have an election on November 6. And you sure aren't the person I want to see on my ballot in 2020. Go have a drink. Go to the spa. Travel. Get a tan. Just go away.

She better close that f***ing door.

People, no door was left open. She has no intention of running.

If you watch the video, she's asked if she wants to run in 2020. IMMEDIATELY she says "No!". End of story.

65 million people voted for her, and 65 million people feel like she was robbed an election. HER coalition can win us the midterms. We've already won over most independents according to polling research. Who cares if she pisses off GOP-leaning independents?!

Spoiler

I know. The OP actually explained it as well but the title was suggesting that she might be running again.

As for the second part, I like her. I know she's qualified, hard-working, smart and was basically robbed the presidency. If she were to run again, any sane person should vote for her over Trump. I just think at this the Democrats deserve someone better. These midterms are all about moving in a more progressive direction, energizing young people, being bold, finding new confidence. I think that's the kind of candidate that the party should be looking for in 2020. The Clintons had their time in politics and now it's just time to go. But I'm not even American so that's just my perspective from the outside.

To be clear, I am not making the argument that she should run in 2020. I agree with almost all of your points.

But the ONLY people talking about her running in 2020 is US (the media, people online, etc.)

She was asked a question and she answered it honestly, and the door was not left open. But some people will jump at ANY chance they get to attack Hillary Clinton.

I cringed at the sloppy journalism over at The Hill this morning when I read this, and I'm cringing that the OP didn't do their due diligence and fix the title accordingly.

Honestly, Hillary is so unpopular among the American people that she definitely should not reconsider running again. Doesn't matter what she does or the fact that she is a better person than Trump. It obviously did not work the first time, so why would it work now? They should focus on someone new, someone that hasn't been in a lot of scandalds etc.

I wanted her to be the 45th, but please don't ever run again! We need new leaders in the democratic party and we need to defeat that pi*** of s**t in 2020, run to other offices but not another presidential bid please.
