The "A Star Is Born" Soundtrack has officially reached #1 on the ARIA Albums chart! This becomes Gaga's first chart topping album in Australia since "Born This Way" (third in total) and Cooper's first

 

"Shallow" is also the #1 single in Australia! It reached the top spot this week on the ARIA Singles chart. It becomes Gaga's fourth ever number one single in Australia

I never thought this would happen in Australia after ARTPOP. The film is slaying as well, the GP love her again. :applause:

I can't believe the success of this song! In recent years, Gaga was putting out great music, but the public was oblivious to it. And now she's back to #1 with Shallow. Who would have thought that this "The Shallow" song that we had seen on leaked videos of Gaga singing it in a parking lot with frozen peas on her wrist would be that successful? No one. And it's saving the world by showing the world they still have taste. Thank you Gaga.

Australia? I really never would've believed that! It outpeaked Bad Romance, The Edge of Glory, Telephone and Alejandro...
