I was a gymnast my whole life, and a lot of ex-gymnasts use this as a performance activity after they have retired. The amount of strength you'd need to get the right timing on a slow song is really impressive too! And this particular pole dancer reminds me a lot more of an acrobatic performance than an exotic striptease dance.
