Yeah Shallow is shaping to be an Applause size hit in the US... Well at least it's better than nothing :vegas:

It's not like Lady Gaga isn't dominating 2018. What a mouthful huh :vegas:

I don't want to diminish Applause's success in US but I feel like Shallow could be even bigger since it plays on multiple demographic pleasing the youngster (streaming) and the elders (iTunes)

No one should be feeling disappointed with Shallow's performance thus far. Gaga hasn't had a top 10 single with this stability in years. This is fantastic! Radio is definitely picking it up, these lovely +1m updates on HAC should effect next week's placement (right??), and its streams are still good & strong. Even sales are still strong. It's even back in top 20 on YT!

who knows a rich UK monster? :huntyga: we just need him to buy 600 copies and that's it! :vegas:

My dad is flying to London for work, and I convinced him to buy me 25 copies:vegas:

She is winning again…. somehow she always stays here. I can’t stand it.

WELP let's bury that narrative immediately!

the “egot narrative” rarely helps anyone actually win the awards. Alan Menken has 8 oscars but has never won an Emmy. Lin-Manuel would have EGOTed if the academy had gotten off their asses and gave him the oscar for Moana instead of City of Stars (which is one of the worst songs from La La Land). awards voters don’t seem to care to help people EGOT. hell, those guys that did La La Land and Dear Evan Hansen would have completed the EGOT within about a year if the Emmys had given them Best Song this past year.

A friend of mine just saw something... despite the success, ASIB will have less screenings in France from Wednesday...

oh okay! just trying to dissuade some egot related fears; it’s usually not a problem and i still think a song from ASIB will win

Lemonade

Didn’t “City of Stars” from La La Land still win despite another song from the movie being nominated? I think she’ll be fine!
