Actually, it doesn't work like this because world rankings are based on positions (https://kworb.net/ww/methodology.html). For example, if INLA is #4 (extended) and #12 (film) on US iTunes, then the extended version gets 1508.7 points, and the film version gets 1290.3. Now if we combine both versions, INLA might end up at #2 on US iTunes, and would then get 1569 points for the WW ranking (and not 2800 if we add the points gotten with separate versions, as you did to obtain the 22,562 total).

So we can't get the actual WW ranking of the both versions combined just by adding their respective points, which would waaay overestimate its position.
