Please don't bother with AJ. Hes a little medonster. He literally has stated recently that Gagas vocals have progressively dipped in technical quality over the past few years. That should tell you everything about their mindset lol I believe he likes Gaga but gets uber defensive over Madonna to the point of lying to himself about Gaga and arguing with fans here about it. Its best to just ignore, especially considering the context of this specific response is ridiculous to begin with. They both have inarguable classics at this point. If he wants to pretend that Gaga doesnt or didn't have a fresh sound of her own than thats his own delusion that I personally do not think he even believes, hes just trying to be contrary to be defensive.

Saying that Madonna has more iconic songs is not downgrading Gaga's success. I do not agree that Bad Romance wasn't a new sound tho, there weren't that many songs like that one at the time.

Although I do agree that her career is more like Chers. However, I don't see Madonna having flopped when she went into movies. Think of the huge successes like I'm Breathless from **** Tracy.

Bad Romance beat was literally sampled, but it was fresh at the time when all songs sounded like they were produced by Timbaland.

Im a Madonna stan and Ive always said that Lady Gaga and Madonna can not be compare, becouse Even Madonna's  career declined with Erotica (forget the last 3) album, it sold 5M copies and com back with Ray Of Light like a bomb and she is always uses political metariels a lot for her shows, and when even she is looks like a crazy, not as much as Gaga's crazines.
