I'm not one who cries often. I still remember the feeling I had while watching this scene. I literally couldn't say a single word and I was so devastated seeing their dog lying in front of the closed garage, himself hanging inside. And the scene of Ally at her concert saying "And here's my husband Jackson Maine". I could barely breathe, knowing what happened. That scene I will never forget.

It had one good outcome for the movie: I adore the last scene, first with her singing, then cutting to late Jack singing the last chorus and then back at her just looking to us

Yeah that’s when I felt like he was going to commit suicide. When they were on the bed talking I thought he was just thinking of leaving her.

 I will hand it to Bradley for creating the most beautifully done suicide scenes I've ever seen. 

It was gruesome or morbid. It wasnt in your face. 

And the use of red really killed it imo

After she sings shallow right after his death the camera pans to a single red light on her as shes shouting out her husband. And the red light in the house from the La Vie En Rose sign. And using that same light on her while playing piano and laying on the couch in the house mourning his death. 

It was stunning, truly the most beautiful movie I've ever seen 

I couldn't even cry... and I cry during almost every movie but with this it just was so painful I couldnt breath. When the cop light are flashing towards the house in dead silence I couldnt hear the people around me breathing.

Yes. Look inside the garage. I think that shot was as long as it was so you could take time to notice AND the dog, AND the body.

I missed Gaga's last tear, it cut back so quick too
