One question, the "trailer" was 34 seconds, which is the length of a full TV commercial... so will that be the one on TV and then she is going to release a more lengthy commercial online?

That doesn't really look cohesive enough to be a t.v commercial. I think that was just to give us a feel of what's to come. I think the t.v commercial will be different

that'd be my guess. This one looks like a full TV commercial.

I really hope Lady Gaga's music videos for ARTPOP is on par if not greater than the advertisement for her FAME perfume.

Lately the media has been been overdosed with Nicki Minaj, Carly Rae Jepsen, Bieber etc.. all of which I am not a fan of at all, and it's kind of sad to not see Gaga in the media at all as of late. However, I'm hoping all of this will change once ARTPOP is released.

Gaga needs to show the world what true art is--not ugly deformed butts and boobs (yes, I'm talking to you Nicki Minaj).

All she needs to do is use professional direction in her music videos! This commercial is a prime example of how much she owns everyone when she uses a real director and producer to harness her creativity.

Although, im sure she won't be getting Ridley Scott again for her music videos this era haha

I will never understand why people continue to think this. MTN is a wonderfully, confidently, and maturely directed video. And while she didn't consult another director, she paired up with total pros like Darius Khondji (whose resume ****s all over most other DPs in the biz). Gaga's more than demonstrated a continued willingness to seek advice from "professionals" as well an excellent grasp over the tools of cinematic communication.

I thought Marry the Night was incohesive and its statement got muddled. I also felt like the music didn't flow with the video, especially during the breakdown at the end.

While I think its cool that she made something on her own generally speaking, I didn't like the finished product.
