Mister Gaga 21,893
I think that Venom will win on the opening weekend, but that's it. ASIB will have bigger legs and outgross not only Venom, but also other musical movies such as La La Land, The Greatest Showman and Les Miserables
CanadaGoesGaga 1,931
Venom is open in more theatres so it will win due to sheer capacity.
RahRah85 117
from Deadline The super first weekend of the October box office has fired off and we’re hearing that Sony’s Venom is around $7M tonight after showtimes starting at 5pm, and for Bradley Cooper’s A Star Is Born from Warner Bros. we’re hearing $2M-$3M. That latter figure is for those 7PM showtimes tonight and doesn’t include Tuesday night’s Dolby preview at 100 locations and 500 locations last night in premium venues. https://deadline.com/2018/10/venom-a-star-is-born-weekend-box-office-lady-gaga-1202476614/
