Gally is the best hybrid of Gaga's career

The fact that she had to write the songs from Ally's perspective, brought a new and fresh kind of artistry into Gaga... I feel like it woke up a side in her that she was scared to explore, or just didn't know that it exist..

And the mix of the two, vocally and lyrically, is just amazing.

And also Gally shows her acting abilities through the songs, the fact that she can sing as another person and you actually feel it (her Ally vocals, accent, pronunciation are different than Gaga's) it f-cking amazing!

She really evolve through this movie and the soundtrack

Gally is everything, it's the ultimate hybrid of an artist like Gaga.

It's her most accessible work since The Fame but it's definitely not Gaga at her best. I really didn't like Heal Me when it was played in the film

In terms of the music, I think it really shows in her accent. When I first listened to Shallow and she sings "I'm falling," you can tell that that wasn't Gaga singing it cause, in my opinion, Gaga would have sung it in a "darker" sounding voice. That was definitely Ally.

It's great that she got to write songs without having to shove them through the pop conveyor belt. I think that experience is helpful to her as an artist.
