Defmix100 6,212 Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 I don't know the name but there's 3 options for synths in general: 1. a synth preset in a vsti plugin, they are given names by the company that create it so it can be completely random 2. a synth created by the producer in which case it won't have a known name except to them if they decide to call it something 3. a sample which could be reworked or mainly the same like e.g. the Judas sample which was called 'VEE Melody Kits 12 128 BPM Root E' Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I remember creating a poll a few months ago on Reddit about their fav album, and with over 500 total votes, ARTPOP came 2nd .
