Also, Rihanna has a huge impact on the industry so if this can succeed, maybe we will have the return of dance/pop dominance:vegas:

Just in time to help lg6?

Oh, this is bad news. Dance couldn't be more stale. It's not 2012 anymore. I simply don't hear dance tunes anymore, we're currently in a weird hybrid of liking RnB (Drake), acoustic (Ed Sheeran) and trap (whatever mumble idiot is big right now). Maybe the occasional pop tune of Dua Lipa as well. Dance isn't what it used to be, so I don't know where she's got this idea from. Even dance-led producers have taken a creative turn to fit the times (Calvin Harris) or have nose-dived in popularity (David Guetta). This doesn't look good for her, especially after such a big break for her standards. Her last successful dance feature was This Is What You Came For in 2016 and her last big solo dance hit was Where Have You Been in 2012. Does she really think it's time to bring this sound back?

Maybe she wants to start that trend again!
