Gaga used to hate Hollywood...

I think she just learned how to play the fame game, without taking everything seriously. And to allow herself to become vulnerable again when a truly meaningful opportunity arises. Like Bradley or the Superbowl

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

She probaply learned  the fame game in the way of living but since she lives there we didn't got a real pop album tbh :reductive:

Yeah Gaga said something similar in her October Vogue interview

"She bought this palace about four years ago, when she was going through a rough patch—both physically and mentally—and has been spending more and more time here lately. “I just got rid of my place in New York—it was too hectic every day outside on the street,” she says"

Also when Perez tried to move into her building. :air:

She still dislikes the industry, I think because there were those 99 people who wouldn't believe in her. :)

But remember, she always wanted to be an actress and in The Fame, she says, "I can see myself in the movies with my picture in city lights." She's always had sort of an ironic Marilyn dead blonde fantasy/obsession.

She told Howard Stern that she still loved NYC but sunshine was good for people with depression.

I think that once she became a bigger and bigger star, she started to realize that it’s a better place to get away from the spotlight and be able to live a “more normal” life. When she was in NYC she’d be in front of crowds of people and cameras everyday, she has a lot of privacy in Malibu

Maybe this. Plus after getting to know other celebrities maybe she realized they are human too and just like other ppl, there's celebrities that are nice people and celebrities that are not

I think her generalization that celebrities in general were all fake and unpleasant stuck up ppl was perhaps a little harsh

She's still quite selective of people. She says even now (if I'm not wrong) that she doesn't feel part of those people, that she's not in it for the same reasons and all that, didn't she say it on 5ft2? she just has learned to work around it, because after all it's the business she's in anyway, but that doesn't mean that she loves hollywood as a business and a culture of people, it really doesn't seem she has changed her way of thinking, it's not like she's hanging out with Kardashians and stuff
