So you were saying you never have any progress or change of point of views or anything that shook your world in the past 10 years since you hold against whatever Gaga said many years ago?  :poot:

She probably disliked Hollywood because she was told she was too ugly to be a Hollywood actress.

Fast forward many years later (2019) and she's an Oscar winning Hollywood actress. :firega:

I love how she shows people that their dreams are attainable.

Hollywood was a metaphor. What she hates specifically is artifice, business over art, and corporate sycophants who will tell you one thing while doing another. Look at paper Gangsta and the GUY video. Notice that the people she chooses to work with don't do those things.  She's hates Hollywood attitude and much of celebrity culture, not Hollywood itself.

So you don't have any. Cool.

Bruh. Chill. It’s their opinion doesn’t mean it’s a fact.

Like, anyone can and should voice their opinions here freely

Life is full of change and things we don't expect. In interviews, Gaga still seems to prioritize authenticity and trust over everything else, so what she said back then still rings true.

Her views on Hollywood didn't change, her aspirations just changed. She wasn't keen on Hollywood when she still wanted to be an artistic outcast, but when she realized she was fine being, well, a normal celebrity, she just fit right in.

There's a reason why almost all celebrities live in LA rather than being rich in their hometowns near their families, or other beautiful cities around the globe. Hollywood is a "Celebrity's Town." Besides the obvious, that all the movie studios and such are nearby so it's convenient to go to work, there are also cultural elements that ensure that, even though their lives are still bizarre and facsimiles of a normal person's experiences, in LA a megafamous person can come pretty close to living a "normal" life. There are so many famous people that it becomes run of the mill for a local or service worker to spot one. There isn't the constant panting and cheering at the rare glimpse of a god or goddess; on Mount Olympus, they're all equals.

I think I remember Lana talking about something similar in an interview. She originally had a house in another town but the fans were constantly harassing her. So she moved to Hollywood because the community was so secure, and everyone around her was famous as well so she didn't stand out. The only way for a goddess to blend in is with other goddesses  (This story is probably not very accurate lol)

My old cat is a tough man, but i cant deny the way he bites my hand and he stabs me, he grabs me by my heart <3

Yeah Gaga said something similar in her October Vogue interview

"She bought this palace about four years ago, when she was going through a rough patch—both physically and mentally—and has been spending more and more time here lately. “I just got rid of my place in New York—it was too hectic every day outside on the street,” she says"
