I feel like I'm missing something, there's 2 versions available the "album version" we just got today and the "trailer" version which is like only some seconds. She uses distortion in the studio/trailer version, but no distortion in the chorus in the movie version (live version). Listen closely and you'll notice the difference. There was definitely a studio version. It's not "enhanced" or anything. They just didn't want to use the studio version for the soundtrack, specifically for Oscars consideration purposes (following in the footsteps of La La Land).
