Just because there is no background crowd noise in the trailer does NOT mean there is an entire, separately recorded version. Trailers need sound mixing and editing too...perhaps the crowd noise was edited out of the recorded, sole, only version so that the editors would get the effect they wanted with the trailer? I just don’t see what everyone is hearing, outside of a lack of crowd noise, that makes everyone SO convinced that there is a separate version. There isn’t. Gaga herself said all the music was recorded live. The crowd noise was edited out for the trailer.
