The audience is not even loud or bothering.. during Unplugged version of songs, you hear whistles, woooo, clapping and it's very loud that even your speaker screams in panic..

It's so mild, I don't understand the complains..

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

The trailer version is a completely different recording than the one that was released today. The one that was released today

1.  is not produced as well nor mixed

2. has harsher vocals

3. has vocals that have lesser impact and less growl

4. crowd noises that detract from what SHOULD be a clean studio version....

Just like Mary Jane Holland is the studio version, despite having live Applause on it. Not sure how this is still not understood lol

This is different than Mary Jane Holland, that was an used as an effect and it works with the song. The cheering in Shallow is there because it's a live version. I would much rather prefer a studio version. But I don't think studio versions exist, since all of the singing was done live.

It's not just the crowd though.. Do you not notice the differing levels of audio quality throughout the song? Bradley sounds like he's in a studio, while most (not all) of the Gaga vocals sound as if they were recorded by someone in the crowd. Also the point about unplugged albums shouldn't be applied here considering they have been using the crystal clear studio versions for literally all the promotional material thus far, implying that's what we will be getting with the finished product.

If the whole soundtrack is this low quality I'm going to pass on buying it.

Complain about the actual production if you want. But using a live crowd like this is something that has been used for decades, maybe some of you just need to educate yourselves in music history.

Then majority of this site should stop complaining about not getting something that was never promised nor mentioned lol

Will radio stations play this song with all the noises?

I can't imagine it tbh

There are PLENTY of live versions of songs on radio

All this time I quite honestly thought they recorded the songs on the studio for the soundtrack and simply sang them live for the movie, as two separate things. That would explain why the trailer version exists. Very dissapointed If its not the case.

At least “Is that Alright” will be studio since it’s not in the movie

I know right? It's ridiculous. Soundtracks are supposed to get the polished version of the songs. :rip:

We know there are versions without the cheering in the background... so why wouldn't that be the official release? Like others have said, the thought process behind the decision is odd. Still love it either way, of course!

Think it's a wound I still entertain...
