"Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s “A Star Is Born,” is looking to top initial forecasts with $42 million from 3,686 domestic sites. Warner Bros.’ remake has already earned $6.0 million abroad from 4,590 screens. In the U.K., it’s reeled in $1 million, with $375,5000 in France, $580,000 in Germany, and $107,000 in Russia. “Star” will roll out in Korea, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Australia and Japan in the coming weeks and months."

iTunes will cease to exist in a couple of years, Gaga can no longer be saved by pure sales. People will not just simply flock to Amazon.

And people that now still buy digital are not going to suddenly die, some will go to Amazon, some will switch to AM (I think the most) and the rest will go to Spotify, but they will still listen to Gaga, but in a different way.

Being succesful on Spotify with Shallow doesn't mean Gaga will be with other future song. We don't know how much Spotify charge for that kind of playlist. If the label needs to pay more than they think are gonna earn from Spotify, they won't put songs on that playlist. Shallow is on TTH, that's fine and is what we are gonna get.

I need Shallow on radio. Initially I was here for pushing ITA? or INLA right out the gate but they can wait if they decide to draw out the singles push (which they should! Especially for awards season!) Shallow is showing intense potential, moreso than MR. It’s showing streaming potential and the sales are phenomenal. HAC is playing it more than they initially played MR.
