Was the recent HDD prediction also considering the boosts from primetime screening from Saturday/Sunday and the rest of the week? 

If I remember correctly with Joanne they didn't include the SNL/Carpool boosts for their first prediction and Joanne ended up way higher.....

Sure, and perhaps some people will still be looking up the music on monday after having seen the movie during the weekend, but the rest of the week till friday should be a bloodbath unless there's some promotion somewhere.
