I know like 3 people that smoked weed over time and that made them schizophrenic, and 2 that became bipolar after the first time they smoked it

The main topic is that you are being intolerant of people who smoke and go to work and you allow yourself to become susceptible to negativity when you have to work around people who consume it. You are the master of your own reality, if you don't like it then go somewhere else! But you will not work anywhere without someone thats smokes cannabis UNLESS you're self employed or a CEO that forbids cannabis or work from home. Simple.

Guess I’ll have to become CEO then  but tbh I’m still leaning on another career path where I’m still the boss like I am today.

What I mean by pointless is that cannabis aided nothing to improve our issues (social issues included) yet they’re used for recreation that also affects professional productivity. These type of people are more toxic than what I’m saying.

Oh the classic, “Oh you don’t like it, so go away” is so stupid and inconsiderate. You don’t think it’s affecting everyone else around you? It’s hurtful to both the company and its values and those who are working hard to stay out of trouble. But no, it’s more important to support this selfish destructive force of habit, because we’re in the SJW age now.

Haha, that's funny 'cause I've always thought the opposite. I think Québec has always been the most conservative province, with PQ ruling for some decades, while Anglo-Canada has been much more liberal and pro-mass migration.

Liberal, defined, as having very low taxes and attracting many large multinational cooperations form overseas and having no low limits on migration. Thus, Anglo-Canada has higher migration levels as Québec.

Elections are very soon in October. The Liberals are chosen and currently ruling Québec, but lemme tell ya something, they get nearly all the votes from the entire English-speaking population of Québec (about 90% of Anglos are voting for the Liberals, even if these Anglos are conservative or left) and they get the very large majority vote from the immigrant population, who are often ultra-conservative (like from Asia, etc).  And interestingly and strangely the migrants do not vote for Québec solidaire, even though QS is the dream party of immigrants.

So, in Québec, about 50% of all people who vote for the Liberals, they actually do not have a Liberal attitude, but they vote nevertheless for the liberals because they are pro-Canada and pro-English and pro-immigrants.

But why? Québec is switching from a Liberal government to a a centre government-conservative (CAQ) in October.

Québec is not a liberal province, the Liberals only rule because they have the monopoly of the Anglo and immigrant vote.

Right. I think Québec is the most socialist province in all of North America, north of Mexico. It's more left than all the other Canadian provinces and US states. University education in Québec is cheaper than in the rest of North America, McGill is affordable unlike the American universities, the taxes are very high but they are redistributed to poorer people. And Québec gets more migrants from Latin American countries than Anglo-Canada and the Latin American migrants also have a more left attitude. Because in British Columbia , there are a lot of Chinese migrants who are very capitalistic. It all has an affect on the provinces.
