He's handsome and seems to be a hard worker, is dedicated to Gaga, makes her very happy, supports her work, loves her fans, and seems to be genuinely interested in what she does. Since he's also in the entertainment industry, I think it helps him understand what Gaga goes through so he knows how to handle certain things that a guy without that experience might not know how to. She is creative and lives her fantasy while he has the confidence and broad-shoulders (so to speak) to keep both of them secure and on the ground :) plus he's probably a freemason (generous, intelligent, well-intentioned and, well, rich.)
