Even if both houses are Democratic, it would still take a two-thirds majority in the Senate to impeach. That won't happen unless Trump's favorability numbers plummet with Republican voters. Well, yes, but much of the reason that he still has support in congress is because it hasn't affected republicans. If the house or the senate are flipped, those investigation could absolutely make his untenable. Anything is possible.
