ArtRAVE's lighting was insane

The only things that was OK, it's by far her worst tour. In fact it wasn't a good tour, I felt embarrassed... how could she did that to the album? Before releasing the album  she talked about music meeting technology and blah blah and we just had good lighting... I can't remember the video interludes, did she appear in any? The costumes were so ugly and childish, the stage made me suffer all night, I thougt she was going to fall off ( well she did so in purpose when she was like surfing through the audience, do you remember? Her bodyguards had to get her out of the audience... damn, did she smoke or something)

She didn't dance... ( mary jane holland chairs dancing... worst thing ever) didn't sing much (pre-recorded  songs were so loud) except for Dope which last like 8 minutes... like please, girl, we had enough ( I don't like Dope lol. My friend who isn't a fan, said to me "I love this song". After 6 minutes he was like "wtf  is she singing?"

I said it so many times.... at least in Barcelona that night she was either high or drunk or both.

The JWT was completely different: elegant outfits, powerful voice, non stop dancing... Like WOW, very professional.

ArtRave is her lowest point in her career IMO.

Funny cause artRAVE is the favourite tour of many people. And many people who attended the show said it was one of the best nights in their lives.

Did you see the video I posted sis? Do you think she would do it now?

I don't know about other nights, I can tell you when I went to see her she wasn't well: she didn't dance, she didn't sing much. I left the arena so devastated to see her like that, bc her previous tours (MBT and BTWBT)  were amazing and she was flawless.

What's wrong with crowd-surfing?

You're right.  It was a different vibe.  With JWT she seemed more choreagraphed and more polished.  I went to 3 different artRaves and it was unpredictable to me.  The 3 JWT I saw were basically the same.  Not bad at all but less loose I would say.  I'm always worried in LA b/c there are so many industry people that I thought Gaga is always trying to be a bit more professional.  I didnt see it anywhere else than LA so I don't know if she was "looser" in other cities.  But artRave was a huge party with all the remix interludes and all.  Hard to explain but I love the woman so I'd go see anything basically but I guess she is growing up as well as her show.  Enigma is just going to be a whole new experience.

Yeah I went to 2 dates of the JWT and it was almost identical, even what she said (not that I dont like it) but I prefer when she kind of improvises and goes crazy

I guess it depends. If you were standing near the stage you could feel the craziness and be part of it. If you were far from the stage you didn't understand what was going on.

And yeah she jumped.  The dancing routines and singing were not on point.

artRave was peculiar because, as a tour, you could tell it was way less polished and intensely rehearsed as was the MB, BTWB, and even JWT.

Although, I think it worked in artRave's favor towards the end- you could tell the show was an incredible mish-mash of ideas and visuals, and she really seemed like she was having the time of her life while doing it, even while in the midst of a media storm.

It's probably the tour where she looked like she was having the most fun.

That out of the way, whew the early-2000's rave lighting. My eyes melted out of my skull that night.

3 points in and ready for more

The singing was on point... the dancing not that much, but she danced way more than in the JWT
