Especially when Glenn Close is carrying her overdue narrative with rave reviews around her performance. But Im sure fans will "meltdown" if she loses the award (likely to happen). She still has a high chance for winning for the music though! So Im beyond excited for this award season. Rio 5,088 Posted September 2, 2018 Share Posted September 2, 2018 Gonna be honest, we haven’t even seen how good Gaga is yet. The highlight of many of the reviews was Gaga’s acting. She could easily be better than Viola or Glenn. So let’s just wait and see! Oscars love giving nominations and awards to musicals, especially golden era film remakes like A Star Is Born. Lady Gaga turning into an Oscar nominated actress is the perfect opportunity for them to show their diversity. See how Cher beat Meryl Streep? Spoiler Ps.
