I went to university, this is how you phrase your theories in debate and you can't leave anything out lest people misunderstand. As I said previously, he's not cupping the whole breast or even cupping it really and his hand isn't under her dress, making it so much harder to judge. I've worn dresses where there's a structured, bumpy part underneath that could feel like a breast but isn't. As she's wearing a bra underneath, it's keeping her breasts structured as well.
