In my opinion though, I think you should concentrate on the micro level first - reach out to friends, family, classmates, and try to spread love and positivity around. Look out for any signs of bullying or exclusion at school/work, and sit with them and chat about their day. That’ll bring a bigger and more lasting impact than a ‘free hug day’ on social media. Take care Lol there's a running joke amoung my best friend and I that if I ever got on Drag Race, my workroom entrance would be "its free hug day" lol.
