Meaning Extended Play (EP) of The Fame, which is the reason it was called The Fame Monster. If it was a completely separate album i'm sure she would have called it something else. TFM is an album. Any kind of album, for example, a compilation album, soundtrack, greatest hits, solo, or duo album is considered so. That’s legally absolute for all record deals.
