The photo is amazing. It’s simple, yet it has that one element that stands out. I'll try to get this one, but I might have to wait on this one to pop up on Book Depository or Abebooks. The pre-order price on Amazon is $65 for the hardcover. The Vanity Fair pics are Annie Lebowitz, and have a big red hat, more makeup & is clothed: The ones for Vogue are her in a bright pink hat, photographed by M&M, very little eye makeup, & is nude.
