This scene is gonna be epic, but it will be deeply sad as it's attached to Sonja's death and Gaga's real pain.

In AHS, she was working with a character that (while fabulous) didn’t test her too much, probably had zero rehearsal time, and a slew of directors who most likely had very little to say to the actors. And she still crushed it.

Here, she’s being directed by one of this generation’s finest actors who seems to know exactly what movie he wanted to make.

The cinematographer worked in Black Swan so that should be exciting.

Also he's the cinematographer for Venom, which premieres on the same day as A Star Is Born.

I feel like Hotel could have been much better if they decided to write Gaga a role from the onset of the season.

Ryan said that Gaga wanted to do one episode, and then four episodes, and then eight episodes, and then the entire season. I feel like they were adding material incrementally which might be slightly detrimental to The Countess's story arc.
