Here's another version of the album cover for The Fame. The glasses look more like they do in the post Gaga made, they have visible holes for sight. That doesn't mean they are definitely the same glasses, but it makes it more likely. However, I don't see why she would lose them. She keeps her outfits safely stored away (there must be thousands of outfits, but she still has them). Also, she danced around with them in the Poker Face video and on her The Fame tour, so they're not in the same original condition.
