They don't need to, though. She is a star, a pop star, she is putting herself up there by her own choice. If she can't fulfill it, then she must be prepared for all the bs that is coming her way in reponse. Not all of us are adult, nice, understanding. Some of us are just little brats and even those people have the right to say whatever they want to say. Sadly. 

Keep in mind Lady Gaga cancelled two out of her three most recent solo tours. It's not like she's without fault. Having said that, I do not read what those Twitter liddos are saying. It's pointless.

Good god, NO ONE thinks she's faking her pain. Sometimes it's good to joke about stuff and not just be depressed about it all the time.

Honestly they're probably just dumb kids who don't understand what it's like to be living with a chronic illness. It's not like getting a cold or something, it doesn't go away after a few days of resting on the couch and eating ice cream.
