Today, streaming is even more important. I'm fairly new to it myself and I imagine a lot of the fanbase is new or hasn't even made the switch yet. Prepare us for the upcoming era! A few questions: What happens if we only play half a song? Or almost the full song except the last 3 seconds? Do they count? What happens if we save a song on our playlist and then play it offline? We have to all get behind streaming. iTunes is dead. CD's have been dead. I'll make a detailed thread in the last weeks of September regarding streaming and everything about it in regards to our fanbase/ASIB/LG6 in order to prep for the eras. To answer the OP. 1. I don't think that her issue are fans who are not streaming. As a fanbase we're doing more than enough. The real issue is the lack of promo and therefore lack of recognition among the GP. Joanne wouldn't be a Platinum album in the United States if it weren't for the fans that streamed it. But I'm just more concerned with what I am doing to help/hinder. A lot of times I don't finish the song and would wonder if that stream is counting or not. I support her by buying her albums.
